how do you keep your wheels so clean mine have brake dust baked on them I use a heavy degreaser and a power washer and it still doesn't rinse off

How are they mounted? Double sided tape? If so that should help preventing damaging the paint, my aerodisc destroyed the outer rim of my wheels unfortunately
