Elizabeth Taylor’s perspective in this moment is something that has always been interesting to hear. She talks about what she witnessed behind the scenes, how much pain Michael was going through, and why she felt it was important for people to remember the person beyond the headlines — his heart, his kindness, and the things he did for others. I also think it’s interesting hearing Michael talk about wanting to leave America and find somewhere else to live. After everything he had been through, you can really hear how much he wanted peace and a different environment.
