This was the SECOND vehicle passing. And it’s a passing zone. The farmer didn’t bother to check her mirrors and didn’t signal. This is 1000% on the farmer.

Hazard lights mean be cautious around the vehicle, obviously the truck slowed down substantially to be able to turn in the driveway without the load tipping

That is on the passer. ALWAYS assume if there is a place to turn left, farm equipment might. You wait until there are no approaches close.

having been around hauling hay, I'm against the farmer, we always turned off 4 ways a bit before turning and put on signal.
