🙋‍♀️All this…been told my entire life..I’m too sensitive, too intense, too much. I’ve been labeled by family as anti social because I don’t like crowds and or noise. My environment cannot get quiet enough and I thrive in beautiful, quiet, natural surroundings ..I feel everything and can easily read people. Thank you so much for this post. so were talking about neurodivergance by the sound of it, this discribes me very well (autistic) i have been saying its not a disorder for a long time but it is very debilitating (more for some than other) especially in the world we live in.

I Wear ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones / earbuds most of the Time, to block out the Noise. If and when I go Shopping, I only Look at one shelf at a time. Over stimulated with to much at Once. Don’t get me started about family gatherings, to much noise and over stimulated in a bad way…

These people also lean on that sensitivity too much, I think. It’s caps reach. Friction at the edge is where the magic lives.
