I Wear ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones / earbuds most of the Time, to block out the Noise. If and when I go Shopping, I only Look at one shelf at a time. Over stimulated with to much at Once. Don’t get me started about family gatherings, to much noise and over stimulated in a bad way…

🙋‍♀️All this…been told my entire life..I’m too sensitive, too intense, too much. I’ve been labeled by family as anti social because I don’t like crowds and or noise. My environment cannot get quiet enough and I thrive in beautiful, quiet, natural surroundings ..I feel everything and can easily read people. Thank you so much for this post.
