@leoncharlesofficial: Two years in the gym. Same body. Same weight. Tell me what's going on. I train early mornings. Same faces every single day. In, good morning, crack on, get out, start the day. Nobody's messing about. Nobody's on their third set taking a fifteen minute rest to have a full conversation about the weekend. Just work. Evening gym is a completely different world. Half the people in there actually want it. The other half are just there so they can say they went. Tick a box. Have a social. Go home and wonder why nothing's changing after two years. Two years. Same body. Sometimes worse. All that time showing up and getting absolutely nothing back for it because showing up without actually working is just expensive socialising. You say you go to the gym. You don't look like you go to the gym. That's not an attack. That's just the truth and somewhere deep down you already know it. The morning people are different. They're in, they work, they still have a laugh, and they make results. You can do both. You just have to actually be there to train. Not to be seen training.

I disagree I train late evening when it’s calmed down and bash out a proper workout, it’s got nothing to do with time it’s to do with effort and if you give 110% every time that’s what matters not (owe I get up early)

I cant train in morning iv tryed it i have no energy not enough food and cant put all the effort it but in afternoon fine more food stronger ect
