I completely understand your point as there is a limit to what we all do but you are also talking from pretty privilege with excellent genetics. Unfortunately some have to focus on beauty and optimising it or preventative measures because they not going to get ahead or feel confident else. If I didn’t focus on beauty stuff I’d just look like a mess even at bare minimum optimisation.

One can beuaty max and still take care of their finances. Feeling beautiful in your own skin makes you feel good and motivates you throughout the day. Also, many people don't want to revolve their life around every single penny just so one day in the far future they can maybe finally let go and relax. I believe like with everything in life, finding balance is what matters.

Love this perspective. And funny thing is, investing in your own wealth not only increases your own confidence, it also enhances your natural appearance/internal glow, even if you’re not actively pursuing beauty 🤭

I spend £100’s of £’s on quality fruits, vegetables and supplements which does so much more for me than beauty products. It makes me feel better from the inside out and I see eating healthy as buying back my time and getting more quality time. Anyways, big topic! Hi Mia, 🫶🏻
