![So I checked out Dao Field Noodle Shop. They’re located in Richmond. The sub-brand to Hunan restaurant Geng Shi Ji, Dao Field specializes in Hunan style rice noodles. They have bowls that start at only 10 dollars and you have a choice of their flat rice noodles (very soft) or their alkaline noodles (similar to an al dente ramen noodle). Here’s the best part: the noodles are UNLIMITED! That’s right, for only 10 dollars, you get an unlimited noodle bowl! What a deal, in this economy especially! There are 3 bowls that start at 10 dollars with a few other options that are a few dollars more expensive but they all have the unlimited noodle option with delicious broths and toppings! They also have an additional self serve topping area that has pickles, chilies and herbs for you to spice up your bowl. There’s also an exclusive deal with Fantuan for the rest of April where there are 30 coupons available daily that can get you between $15 to $30 dollars off! Overall, I think this is a great deal for anyone who is hungry and wants a lot of noodles! If not, the first initial portion is great to start and the broths are all delicious!
