Bafo, mina back in 2023 I had severe depression and the course I was doing was throwing serious hands that time home is 24 hours away by bus😭😭. So I made a subconscious decision to always go to the mall on Weekends to buy cone ice cream 🍦 then go chill at the park 🏞️possibly play with kids there🥰❤️🙏🏽 that saved me from lots of bad possible decisions I could have made due to depression!!!
