Replying to @Cirmi Here’s the recipe 🤌🏻🤍McDonald’s Copycat mini apple pies 🍎  Ingredients👇🏻 	• 1 puff pastry package  	• 1 large egg 	• 1 tablespoon  milk APPLE PIE FILLING 	• 2 large apples, peeled and cubed 	• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 	• 1/3 cup light brown sugar 	• 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 	• pinch of salt 	• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  	• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 	• 2 teaspoons cornstarch 	• 1 tablespoon water CINNAMON SUGAR COATING 	•	2 tablespoons white sugar 	•	1 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions Prepare the Egg Wash Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl, then set it aside. Create the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture In another small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, and set it aside. Make the Apple Pie Filling 	• In a pan over medium heat, add butter, apples, light brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. 	• Mix and simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until the apples become soft when poked with a fork. 	• Create a cornstarch slurry by combining water and cornstarch in a small bowl.
