I would get the company out because they are very wise at how cats get out so they might come out and find it straight the way and the money you have paid for it .. your not saying it doesnt work just confused as to how xx

It maybe worth putting a camera outside to catch them going out. The brand Tapo is good for outdoor cameras. 🥰

I think you need to get the company back to assess it. Also I know you said a catio isn’t big enough but there are some great ones available so I would go down that road as better to be safe than sorry
