⭐️ MICHELIN STARRED DUCK ⭐️ I was recently @Iden Quan Ju De B. Duck House for the first time for a birthday dinner, and here are my thoughts: The service was definitely one star standard, our server was fantastic without being overbearing. However, I feel like there are many other restaurants in the city with better food. This place wins for ambience and decor, but the food was definitely still a bit lacklustre at times. The decor of this place is so opulent and over the top, it’s once of the fanciest restaurant in Vancouver. I would recommend iDen for a special occasion or anniversary. But don’t expect to be too blown away by the food, especially considering the price point. Most of their dishes were tasty, and I would say definitively better than the other fine dining Chinese restaurant in Downtown, but there are better Chinese restaurants in the city. The Peking duck was good, but it’s not the best I’ve had in Vancouver. Although the meat was tender, I found that it lacked flavour. I would rank it in the top 5 out of all the Peking duck that I’ve tried here, but it’s definitely not the best. Have you guys tried this restaurant before? If so, what are your thoughts? ⭐️7.5/10 🤵🏼‍♀️10/10 💰$$$$ (aprox. $100-$200/person) 📍iDen | 2808 Cambie St, Vancouver . . . . . . . . . . #michelinguide #michelinstar #chineserestaurant #pekingduck #bbqduck #bbq #vancouvermichelinrestaurant #vancouver #vancouverfood #vancouverrestaurants #vancityfood #yvrfood #vancity #yvr #vancouverfoodie #dishedvan #nomsmag #anywherevancouver #aapifoodiefam where to eat in Vancouver / what to eat in Vancouver / Vancouver restaurants / Vancouver food / Vancouver foodie / Chinese food / Michelin star / Michelin guide
