Dice the potatoes into very small cubes and cook until tender and lightly golden. Set aside. 2. Cook the sausages and bacon, then chop them into bite size pieces. 3. In a blender, combine the eggs with the paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, chili (if using), and salt. Blend until smooth. 4. Lightly grease a non-stick muffin tin (no liners needed). 5. Divide the cooked potatoes, chopped sausages, bacon, and the raw diced onions evenly among the muffin cups. 6. Pour the seasoned egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about ¾ full. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18–22 minutes, or until the egg muffins are puffed up, fully set in the center, and lightly golden on top. Literal MashAllah 🤌🏾 8.
