Try com tam calmette right off the Calmette bridge on the D4 side.

I've never tried Com Tam at this place, but it looks excellent to me. The pork chops are grilled just right with appealing color. The rainy egg adds distinctive flavor together with fish sauce. I'm gonna give it a try.

You should definitely try Banh Cuon, Bun Bo, and Bun Rieu, they're all incredibly flavorful! 🤤 These were actually recommended to me by the staff at GIA Clinic, and I'm so glad I gave them a try.
