📍 @Qamariyah 🇾🇪 Qamariyah is one of Cardiff’s newest restaurants serving authentic Yemeni cuisine. Tucked away on Four Elms Road, it’s already making serious waves in the city’s food scene. We ordered a feast: •	Lamb Mandi •	Fahsa •	Chicken Aqda’ah •	Mulawah Bread •	Areeka We kicked things off with the lamb mandi, and honestly, what a start. The lamb was unbelievably tender - it practically melted in your mouth. Juicy, aromatic, and full of flavour, it might just be the best lamb I’ve ever had. Next up, the fahsa - slow-cooked lamb simmered in a rich broth with Yemeni spices. This was comfort in a bowl. Pairing it with that buttery mulawah bread was a game-changer. The chicken aqda’ah (yes, aqda’ah, not “adaqah” as I said in the video 🫣) brought its own warmth - a hearty stew with bold and comforting flavours. It was lovely, but I have to say, the lamb dishes completely stole the show for me. We finished off with Areeka, a dessert incorporating the same mulawah bread with dates and honey. A sweet tooth’s dream! Qamariyah might be new on the scene, but it already feels like a Cardiff staple in the making. The food is made fresh, portions are generous, and the prices are unbelievably reasonable. I went in with high expectations… and somehow, they still managed to exceed them. If you haven’t checked this place out yet - seriously, what are you waiting for? [invite] #cardifffood #cardifffoodguide #cardiffhalalfood #cardiffeats #yemenifood
