@sollymathibela: Solomon Izang. Ashoms shares with us insights into why illegal foreigners will not leave South Africa. Catch this on Apostolic Voices Podcast with Prophet Solly Mathibela #sollymathibela #prophetsollymathibela #SolomonIzangAshoms #Apostolicvoicespodcast #illegalforeigners
SA systems are already under pressure. Many public schools and hospitals are overcrowded, and South African children are being turned away or put on long waiting lists. Employers break minimum wage law and replace citizens and that cuts tax revenue. That means less money for the same public services, and the burden falls on taxpayers. Another problem is cloned ID's and South Africans can't access grants or housing because of identity theft. This is not about hate but vulnerable South African citizens can't even access the basics.

The worrying part is that African leaders think SA is owing them, No.. they are running away from same leaders failures... They don't want to take accountability

Under South African law, salons and barbershops are not open to illegal immigrants to own or work in. The *Immigration Act 13 of 2002, Section 38(1)* prohibits any person from employing a foreigner who is not legally authorized to work, and *Section 49(3)* makes it an offence to aid or employ an illegal foreigner. In addition, the Business Act 71 of 1991* and municipal trading by-laws require that anyone applying for a business or trading permit must be a South African citizen, permanent resident. This means salons and barbershops must only hire and be owned by people with valid work rights, and employing or allowing illegal immigrants to operate in these businesses can lead to fines, closure, and criminal charges.
