The run-up to Christmas was always busy, but at the very beginning of COVID, I was suddenly expected to deliver between 110 and 130 parcels a day instead of my usual 40. The workload increased dramatically overnight, and the pressure was relentless. That said, I don't care how many parcels someone is expected to deliver, there is never an excuse for throwing a parcel at, or onto, someone's doorstep. Every customer deserves to have their delivery handled with care and respect with or without a fragile sticker!!!
