I found as soon as I put makeup on it undid everything. It looked like I had not put the tightening cream on at all. It says to put it on clean dry skin so I can’t put it on top of makeup.

as for your skin under your neck I had the same thing from losing weight but I use the ROC FIRMING STICK & within a few weeks it's definitely FIRMING!!!
