@mycozybakesbyabyz: Nutella Swirled Banana Muffins 🐻🧁✨🍌 Recipe: 2 large eggs 100g (1/2c) brown sugar 50g (1/4c) granulated sugar 350g mashed bananas (approx 3 large bananas) 60g (1/4c) oil 60g (1/4c) greek yogurt 60g (1/4c) whole milk 1 tsp vanilla 240g (2c) all purpose flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda pinch of salt *1 cup nutella spread 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars. Add the mashed bananas and the rest of the wet ingredients: oil, yogurt, milk, vanilla. Mix thoroughly. 2. Sift together the dry ingredients then add to the wet ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined. Do not overmix. 3. Line a 12 hole muffin pan with muffin liners 4. Fill the liners halfway with muffin batter then add about half a tablespoon of nutella (or more if you want). add more muffin batter, more nutella on top, and then swirl with a toothpick. 5. Bake at 220C (425F) for 5 mins, then while keeping the muffins in the oven, bring down temperature to 180C (350F) and bake for another 13-15 mins. 6.
