I had someone make me try different coupons on ones that already had a coupon and when I switched them back the coupon price went up $2 wasted 15 min and didn’t even get their prescription. PLEASE JUST PAY THE PRICE WE GIVE THE FIRST TIME 😭😭

It sounds ludicrous but has happened so many times. Or here’s my new insurance that starts today and the script was filled last week and they want you to “try it” so you have to change the fill date. And then it needs a prior auth or is 3x more expensive, and you can’t just go back in time and use the old ins that is now terminated.

That’s why I usually try to do a formulary check with the discount cards if they are really insistent. Otherwise I’m not rebilling

Also it’s not like it doesn’t estimate a price! (if they get their information from a discount site it often lists the price and even allows them to input custom quantities!)
