60g fat free Greek yoghurt  ½ tsp garlic granules  ½ tsp onion granules  ¼ tsp dried parsley  ¼ tsp dried chives  Salt  Black pepper  1 tsp lemon juice  💕Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and black pepper. 💕Fry the chicken for around 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. 💕Mix together the ranch sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. 💕In a separate bowl, stir together the honey, hot sauce and chilli flakes. 💕Brush a little of the hot honey over the chicken during the final minute of cooking so it becomes slightly sticky.  💕Pat the halloumi slices dry with kitchen paper, then cook them in a clean hot pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. During the final minute, brush over a little more of the hot honey glaze. 💕Lightly toast the brioche buns. 💕To assemble the burgers, spread half of the ranch sauce over the bottom bun and the remaining ranch on the top bun. Add the shredded lettuce to the base, followed by the glazed chicken and the golden halloumi. 💕Drizzle over the remaining hot honey glaze, sprinkle with crispy onions, then finish with the top bun.
