🤔 Thank you to the honourable MPs for raising the voice of Gurkha veterans in Parliament. A profound debt of gratitude must be shown through real financial justice and equal pensions, not just words. Many veterans who served for around 10 years and were made redundant before 1997 with just a small gratuity are still waiting for fair treatment. Actions speak louder than words; we welcome these constructive discussions but it is high time for the UK government to turn these promises into reality and deliver dignity to all Gurkhas now!🙏

My father served almost 9 years. Gets nothing...no pension. Going to UK is no option as he is bedridden and even when was fit, it's not an option in old age to go there simply for the money. Please fight for rights to be given in Nepal and help Nepal's economy also.

Not just Gurkha soldiers, many people have payed national insurance for their entire working life. If the state pension gets changed for Gurkha soldiers in Nepal, it should be changed for other countries too. A lot of Brits have retired to other countries, and dont get an increase every year. It's frozen from the date people leave the UK.
