And if you're broke, pumpkin seed oil once a week aftet showering but before styling. If nozoral doesn't work, use vichy, but none of it will work if you don't get a water filter and you have hard water.

Any time I use the Nizoral Shampoo I notice more hair loss in the shower 😣 but wayyy less when I use the L’Oréal Elvive aminexil shampoo
