You can tell the worker was playing, interacting with the kids. She didn't do it on purpose! It's horrible, but accidents happen. She didn't do it out of malice. My heart goes out to the family.

Both should be responsible! When you own a daycare, there is such things as insurance, in case something happened. I always carried $1,000,000 worth of coverage.

My prayers are with everyone involved but I believe that since the mother put her trust in the day care center AS A WHOLE the day care center should definitely be held completely responsible for any and all hospital expenses. 🙏🙏🙏
