It may look like one product, but it's made through multiple operations--shoulder seams, sleeves, neck, side seams, bodv hem, and more. Now imagine an order of 10,000 T-shirts. Instead of one worker making the entire garment, each operator focuses on iust one operation. One person stitches sleeves, another ioins the shoulders, another closes the side seams, and the process continues down the production line.
