manager at lidl here, we are made to make 10 of these by openeing time. the stuff in these boxes is what’s salvageable from the waste after we pull the bad ones out, if the quality of the veg on delivery is really good we will just chuck perfectly good veg in there to hit our quotas, we look good on paper and you get a good deal everyone wins

leeks are great in omelette ;d I fry kinda thinly chopped leek till it softens and pour mixed eggs with seasoning (I personally like gyros seasoning) or just crack eggs straight into pan and mix it in, cover it up and let it cook. Adding cheese on top is also a good option

tray of roasted veg...with apple in it too. serve up with some pam fried salmon...steak or sausages or burgers. seasoning and a slash of honey job done lol xx
