@znbctoday: 2,600 Health Posts Up for Grabs By Sharon Siame The Civil Service Commission has announced the recruitment of 2,600 health workers across the country. Civil Service Commission Chairperson CHOOLWE BEYANI says the Commission, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health, will publish a nationwide recruitment advertisement in the Zambia Daily Mail and the Times of Zambia on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka today, Dr. BEYANI said the advertisement will also be published on Thursday, July 16, to ensure wider public access. He said qualified Zambians are invited to apply for various positions in different health sector cadres and should indicate their preferred district of appointment. Dr. BEYANI said applicants will be required to submit their application documents through the post office within the stipulated period. He said applicants will also have an opportunity to verify their details at the district health office where they applied between 1 and 11 September 2026. Dr. BEYANI said the verification exercise is intended to ensure the accuracy, completeness and credibility of the recruitment database.
