My favorite is “I need a refill on my medication Im going out of town today and I need them before my flight at 6pm I can’t leave without them ” (mind you it’ll be 4 pm on a Friday, the provider left already or isnt in office, the last time they were seen by a Doctor was in 2022 and they’ve been out of medication for days already🤩)
