como antigo morador da cidade de Braga durante 40 anos, a zona é uma zona espetacular para morar. a casa está muito bem recuperada ( lembro-me muito bem dessa casa como era antigamente). O problema é realmente, como já foi referido, o barulho derivado dos bares existentes. e também pelas confusões trazidas pelas festas da cidade, S.Joao, noite branca, bragaromana, páscoa, etc. Depois o problema com o estacionamento....Caos. por estas e outras razões ( segurança por exemplo) sai de Braga e fui para Viana do Castelo... boa sorte na busca...

Awfull location, too much noise. Even a double glass window wont help it. Also, in historical buildings you can only use thermic rendering, and not ETICs. That attic is gonna be scorching hot in the summer, specially with those skylights.

I absolutely love it I'm in 20 minutes outside of Arcos in a village I love my house but I also love the city I'm here from Boston so the city runs in my blood but it's also nice to get away from the noise
