@carrotlaneofficial: The silver bullet to risk assets climbing is interest rates. If inflation stays high, rates are unlikely to come down. That being said, Kevin Warsh has been labelled a political weathervane, meaning he’ll largely do whatever Trump wants. Warsh is also saying there’s anecdotal evidence that AI is improving business conditions and helping keep a lid on inflation, but that improvement isn’t showing up in the data yet. What do you think?
