Chopped vegetables of your choice – 1½ cups 	•	Garlic cloves – 4 (crushed) 	•	Green chillies – 2 (optional) 	•	Onion – 1 small, finely chopped 	•	Olive oil – 1 tbsp 	•	Butter – 1 tbsp 	•	Dry thyme – ¼ tsp 	•	Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp 	•	Chicken salt – to taste 	•	Fresh rosemary – ½ tsp, finely chopped 	•	Fresh coriander – for garnishing 👩‍🍳 Method 	1.	Wash the rice and boil it in enough water until cooked. Strain and keep aside. 	2.	Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Once hot, add crushed garlic and green chillies. 	3.	Add chopped onion and sauté for about 2 minutes until soft. 	4.	Add the chopped vegetables along with dry thyme, black pepper, and chicken salt. Sauté for 5–6 minutes on medium heat. 	5.	Add the boiled rice and chopped rosemary. Mix gently and cook for another 4–5 minutes. 	6.
