@c5news: A horrific random act of violence has been captured on camera showing a Molotov cocktail being launched at a man in a wheelchair. Video, released by police, shows a man throwing the petrol bomb at an unsuspecting victim before pushing him back into the flames as he tries to escape during the incident near the Oklahoma City Police Department. Several people then rush to his rescue. The force released the footage of the incident, on 2 July, at South Lee Avenue and West Main Street. Authorities arrested Alexander Emery who is said to have admitted that he picked the target at random. The man in the wheelchair only suffered minor injuries. The force said the incident showed “the absolute best of our community and our first responders. OKCPD detectives and quick-thinking bystanders immediately rushed into danger to help the victim and take the suspect into custody on the spot”. “Oklahoma City Fire Department was also quick to the scene to provide crucial medical aid.
