I’ve rarely encountered customer service this disappointing. We simply called the number listed on Google to make a reservation, yet the staff member who answered sounded irritated from the moment she picked up the phone, as if speaking to a customer was an inconvenience. If you’re dealing with personal frustrations, don’t take them out on paying customers. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and providing simple information over the phone are the bare minimum for any restaurant. This experience completely changed our perception before we even walked through the door. If this is how potential customers are treated, it’s no surprise people choose to dine elsewhere. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
