@hoisanjr: 100g oats + 150g berries is all you need this meal is only 496 kcals i add water to save calories rather than using almond milk so for flavour i use 3g chocolate brownie flavour powder which is only 7kcals heavily recommend adding 4 whole eggs to bolster protein and fats which will aid fullness this was my favourite meal and still is that got me shredded and will keep me lean all year round dm me “potential” if you need help getting shredded (must be over 22+) #food #oatmeal #Fitness #fyp
