Hey my pleasure! yes it’s pretty common to see a few years after 3rd molars Ext, bone defects with active inflammation which could have been avoided grafting the site specially if the 3rd molar was horizontally positioned. Always a pleasure to collaborate with colleagues 🙌🏻🙏🏻

are there studies to point to that show grafting will improve 2nd molar attachment height? been some years but we were taught no benefit. height depends on current none level
