Dự án do UBND Thành phố Hà Nội phê duyệt từ ngày 24/7/2025, được phối hợp thực hiện bởi Chi cục Chăn nuôi, Thủy sản và Thú y Hà Nội, Tổ chức Soi Dog Foundation và SBCC Vietnam. Dự án đi theo hai mục tiêu lớn: Đóng góp vào hành trình quốc gia: Không còn ca tử vong ở người do bệnh dại vào năm 2030. HUMANE HANOI: SHAPING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE, TRANSITIONING LIVELIHOODS FOR DOG AND CAT MEAT TRADERS The 3rd training workshop under the pilot project "Rabies prevention and sustainable economic development – phased transition of dog and cat meat trade activities in selected wards of Hanoi" was successfully held. The project was officially approved by the Hanoi People's Committee on July 24, 2025, and is jointly implemented by the Hanoi Sub-Department of Livestock Production, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine, the Soi Dog Foundation, and SBCC Vietnam. The project steadily pursues two major objectives: Contributing to the national roadmap: Zero human deaths from rabies by 2030.
