Next time put it in the microwave for a few min to get it to soften and then cut it and pop it in the toaster. Thats what i always do with patisery stuff that are a fee days old and its like they’re fresh again😁

Wrap it in a moist paper towel and microwave it for 10 seconds if u dnt want to toast it.

Freeze it then pop it on the microwave frozen until it melts and you’ll have a soft warm bagel

if you microwave it it may go extremely chewy (not good chewy). steam it a bit or rehydrate it with brushing water on the outside let it sit for a few min then pop it in the oven for a few min. it will be almost like new
