I think there should legalize teachings of Islam. Anybody who will be permitted to be teacher(Alfa) must undergo Islamic studies and must be qualified to be a teacher before handing over certificate to them. Then, any Islamic center that is not licensed should be cancelled. Some unlearned clerics are the problem Islam is facing today, especially those one that think Islam must be imposed on people. may Allah continue to guide us.
