It all points to Andoni having a big say in transfers. He left, the first time, because Jürgen wanted to control transfers and that's why he was announced to be returning so soon after Jürgen announced he was leaving.

Get Jorg Schmadtke in again on another interim role. Bro got us Szoboszlai, Mac Allister & Gravenberch last time round 😍 To be honest though I’d only like to see us sign another one or two players because I’d like to see what Iraola can do with us under a smaller squad.

Reap what you sow. He only came back to oversee the move to a multi club model. If that’s no longer the plan then it’s not the role he was looking for. He’s an employee at the end of the day if you’re not enjoy your role you move on. It’s the circle of life.
