This is a very broad statement and not true in a lot of cases. If I hadn’t gotten married I would have been able to keep much more money. I got almost nothing in my divorce because he had more money for a better lawyer. I contributed and got screwed

It’s not singular. Ideally marriage is mutually beneficial. Both give to the marriage and both take from the marriage. Married for 30 years it was the best time of my life. I lost my spouse. He sowed into my life and when he became ill I stood by his side and cared for him for 18 months until he died. In marriage, you’re investing in your future. If you invest well in your later years, you’ll have that person beside you loving you caring for you when all others no longer think you’re viable. Just a thought. Widowhood is very lonely.

Marriage is wonderful. I love my wife dearly, she is a blessing, though She is one in a million, she is worth the pursuit of finding. I am sorry you were hurt, Im sorry you feel you need to group attack half the world because of your pain, but you only appeal to those who share your pain and cast doubts on those youthful spirits who have yet to explore loves possibilities. I hope you heal and recognize that we all can relate with the ptsd of the wounded. I pray you get back up on the horse once you have healed and learn that to say all women are the same, is as false as to say all men are same. Please don't waste the rest of your life being a batman against, future mothers, sisters daughters, grandmas and all the wonderful blessing God bestowed on us men that make life so wonderful. ☺️❤️
