AD | This crispy saganaki came out of a MICROWAVE. I get asked all the time whether you can make saganaki in an air fryer, so I put it to the test with TWO of my most viral saganaki recipes using the new @Ninja UK CRISPi Microwave. Both went in on Max Crisp for just 10 minutes - and the result?! Golden, crispy exteriors with that irresistible gooey feta centre. First up, my Feta me Sousami - crispy sesame-coated feta finished with Greek honey - followed by my classic filo-wrapped saganaki, which is traditionally baked or shallow-fried. And honestly… I was VERY impressed😮‍💨 ✨SAVE these recipes to try 🧀 FETA ME SOUSAMI Serves 2–4 as an appetiser Ingredients  • 200g feta, 1 block  • 50g plain flour  • 1 medium egg, whisked  • 50g sesame seeds, preferably roasted  • 2–3 tbsp Greek honey, or a thick honey, to serve Method 1. Coat the feta in flour, then egg wash, then flour again and egg wash once more, making sure every side is evenly coated. 2. Coat the feta generously in the sesame seeds. 3. Place in the Ninja CRISPi Microwave and cook on Max Crisp for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 4.
