Ganyu, Fischl, Escoffier, Ineffa, Citlali, Charlotte, Layla, Keqing, and Aino all work. With Aino, freeze them first, then use her skill to reach those things so you can shatter them. Any claymore character that can reach those also works, you just need to trigger shatter.

Raiden’s skill has literally never worked against elemental shields because it specifically states ‘when a character with this buff attacks and deals DMG to an opponent’ this has always been one of the main issues with her skill (also electro-charge is shit at destroying electro shields so ???)

Actually, Raiden and Diona does work..u freeze two of the balls and use Ei's E in the middle..boom, they're broken. Same with the other two, you just gotta have good timing

As if... idk... a game mechanic, forces you to take specific characters? and idk... it always has been that way? you cant beat the Electro Hypostasis with electro characters, you cant beat Scaramouches boss mechanic without having characters that reaches the turrets the same way you do for this boss, cant beat the dendro hypostasis without dendro characters... You see a pattern here? And if People are still delusional till this point, its not Genshin only, its been almost EVERY Gacha game with a barely complex combat system

Nahida hold works, Freezing them and hitting with geo works (Ex: Freeze them all with Charlotte hold then use Zhongli hold at the middle, Freeze + Linnea's pet also works but takes longer time)
