As someone who was a server i helped the kitchen out 😭 to the point that i did almost everything for them

We have all been there. From my experience the seasoned server kills it on fry, makes a $500 on a lunch shift, and absolutely never complains about the kitchen again. Same person the kitchen will fly food for, run the silverware first, and not bead about stupid modifications
