I'm def going through that. I've been taking charcoal 3 hrs after my wormwood mixture, so it's probably not as bad as it would be, but I be needing coffee half way through my shift just to survive.

Body aches? When I start healthy eating I can’t stand all day at work. My legs hurt, my back, and my feet. It’s unbearable. When I eat crap I have no problem standing all day.

I've had spectacular results from using Benefiber daily. The first couple doses were rough, caused gas and some discomfort. I stopped there before but as per your advise tried again with determination. After the first week my gut got a lot better, a LOT better, thank you. Since then I've started adding L-Glutamine powder (2 weeks now) with no negative reactions, it feels like my gut is improving. Then I added Mag Glycinate at night and the first two doses caused some gut pain, discomfort and super stinky stool. So I stopped. I've had an intestinal bypass to remove a Meckels Diverticulum (in 2015) and thought it may be related to that. Could this have been the reaction you're speaking of? Should I just persist with the Glycinate like I did with the Benefiber? My life is drastically improving thanks to your advise, I really appreciate it.
