I love Kohlrabi. I am German and it's a very common vegetable here, but your variety is extra gorgeous! We usually have the green / white version here.
Fun fact: The name Kohlrabi is a combination of Kohl, which means cabbage, and Rabi, which is the Southern German / Swiss German word for Rübe, which means turnip. I think that's a very descriptive name, cabbage turnip.
I think I might make myself some Kohlrabi for dinner tonight, I feel very inspired ✨️

Didn’t know your using the german name. If one would translate it would be something like cabbage-Turnip. You should try the variety “Superschmelz” it’s gigantic and extremely tender.
