Pastry 🥐🍞 Cup measurement: 200 ml Half a cup of water = 100 ml Half a cup of milk = 100 ml 1/4 cup of vegetable oil = 50 ml 1 tablespoon sugar (heaping) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon yeast (heaping) 1 egg (separate the yolk, mix it with 1 tablespoon of milk, and brush it on top) 3.5 – 4.5 cups of flour = 350–450 grams of flour (add gradually and adjust; it should be a soft dough). Most critical tip: Knead the dough for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Add 3 cups of flour all at once, then add the rest gradually, as flour types vary and you may need slightly more or less. After proofing, divide the dough into balls, but do not shape them immediately! 📌 Let them rest uncovered for 7–10 minutes or until they puff up. Then, dip your shaping tool into flour and shape them as shown in the video.
