I came up with a peak concept for an ending to a backrooms game (not ETB specifically). So the player would fall from the sky and land on the ground, but then would wake up in a hospital bed. Then their family will come in and say stuff like “I missed you” “you’ve been out for 3 months” etc. when they leave the room, the would be in a long a long hallway and the exit would be right behind them, but as they’re about to leave, one of the doctors says “before you go, I just want to tell you one thing, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE” and then everybody would dissapear and the lights would go red and it would turn into Level Run for your life
