With CHPY you only need $200k do get 66k dividend a year. And that is 0% ROC. No etf or stock can beat that.

I think when she reached your 50s, this is an interesting idea. It’s definitely something I’m working toward Ward with both SPYI and QQQI. I’m trying to between the two of them get the to pay my mortgage at the very least. But yeah as a young investor, I would never use something like this but in my 50s it makes sense.
