Everyone talking about there is a reason Rockwell is number 1 in NA. Yeah it's because 40 years ago they came out with the SLC500 which revolutionized the industry and they went all in on Rockwell. As an Automation Engineer for a systems integrator in my opinion the only edge Rockwell kind of has is for Pharma. Omron does motion control better, Siemens PCS7 and Emerson's DeltaV are significantly better DCS systems, and ignition is better than factory talk.
