Sure. Now for some science. 1 liter of ice @ -18C can give you max 500 kJ of cooling capacity at ambient 25C. A 12000 BTU AC does 3.5 kW of cooling capacity. That means each of your ice bottles is worth about 9 minutes of cooling from a 12000 BTU AC unit. So forget about it, it may look cool on TikTok, but it is useless in real life.
