@steel.workout: Full chest, wide shoulders. This session builds both. First, incline dumbbell press. Lower down to a full stretch and press up squeezing your chest. Full range of motion on every rep. Your upper chest starts filling out right here. Second, barbell flat bench press. Retract your shoulder blades, drive your chest up, and lower with control. Heavy load, no bouncing off your chest. Third, high cable fly. Crush your chest in the center and hold the squeeze for a second before opening back up. Constant tension from start to finish. Fourth, seated dumbbell shoulder press. Your chest already warmed up your shoulders on every press. Now your delts take center stage. Press up with control, no swinging your torso. Fifth, dumbbell lateral raise. Elbows slightly bent, raise to shoulder height and hold for a second before lowering slowly. This is where real width gets built. Sixth, machine reverse fly. Your rear delts are the most neglected muscle. Full contraction at the end of every rep. Without this muscle, your shoulders will never look round.
